The dual brake pressure 2007 sensor kit comprises of:

2 x 0 - 100 bar sensor and viton dowty washers
2 x -3 areoquip line
2 x double banjo bolt and copper washers
aluminium mounting block

EV0 3 system. The chosen channels must have a 12V supply. Please check this as not all channels have the 12 volt supply connected.

The channel setup should be :
0 - 100 bar pressure
status enable
unit of measure bar
zero scale 0
full scale 100
sampling rate 10 Hz (user preference here. 10 should be adequate, 20 may give more detail)
filter (user preference here)
X0 = 0.5 X1 = 4.5 volts
Y0 = 0 Y1 = 100

Please note custom calibrations are set up in millivolts!
Do not check the pressure box (this is for a different type of sensor)

SINGLE BRAKE PRESSURE SENSOR KIT

The single brake pressure sensor kit comprises of :

1 x 0 - 200 bar sensor
1 x -3 aeroquip line
1 x double banjo bolt
and copper washers

This sensor can be input to one of the free channels (7 and 8) or if you feel that channels 4,5 and 6 are of little
use unplug them and put the fuel pressure input to one of them. Suggested channel is 8. The chosen channel must have a 12V supply.

The channel setup should be :
0 - 200bar pressure
status enable
unit of measure bar
zero scale 0
full scale 200
sampling rate 10 Hz (user preference here. 10 should be adequate, 20 may give more detail)
filter (user preference here)
X0 = 0.5 X1 = 4.5
Y0 = 0 Y1 = 200

Do not check the pressure box (this is for a different type of sensor)
